Per comment https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=796045#c8, we need tests for that bug.
I would not hold a product over a test, though, I would love to see those tests landed.

Did the initial landing of the automation for the install/update apps API already take care of the work required on this bug? Or is there more work needed here?
