[Trusted UI] Launching a trusted UI context from one app, then launching another in another app - a part of the second trusted UI is seen below the first, even though they are separate app contexts

Steps:
1. Launch the browser and start a mozPay call to launch a trusted UI
2. Hit the homescreen button
3. Install and launch an app that will make a call to mozPay
4. Call mozPay within the app
Expected:
Only one trusted UI context shall be seen.
Actual:
Both trusted UI contexts are seen.

Note to drivers:
I'm in the middle on this one to block, but noming anyways. It's definitely possible to hit this if a user tries to buy a paid app say through marketplace, then switches over to a different app, and tries to start in-app purchase.

Actually change that - this is likely scenario, as persona, as well as mozPay, uses trusted UI. You could easily hit this so long as either persona and/or mozPay are both in use in at least two apps.
