Details

Same as Bug 775818, but now for constructing calls. Could provide a speedup, because our IM code is faster than JM code. According to dvander in Bug 806298 only some extra code to create "this" is needed in the IC. No idea how much this will speedup benchmarks though.
Since JM is disappearing, no need to fix this anymore.
