Michelle and I were calling each other on the 11-14 build. After the call (we were also trying things like multi-tasking by switching apps etc), the phone got into a really stuck state where it wouldn't respond to touch gestures at all. You could press the power button and turn off the screen and bring up the lock screen but you couldn't unlock the phone. Phone required a restart to work again.

did restarting fix it? and did the working functionality deteriorate over time again? i wasn't able to reproduce this on 2 devices myself, so would love to narrow down once going on.

Three years old bug, no activity, obviously not valid anymore :)
