Platforms: All Windows 98 (2001-05-17-07-Mtrunk) Linux (2001-05-17-08-Mtrunk) Mac G3 Laptop(2001-05-17-04-Mtrunk) 1. Launch the browser with the builds that list above here. 2. Select Edit > Preferences > Privacy and Security > Images 3. Click on "Do not load any images" Notice that the Images should not load, but they're loaded though. This bug occurs in modern theme. Since the classic theme is broken, so I could not tell whether this bug belongs to theme or to Security: General. Please re-assign this bug as needed. Thanks!
