When an invalid link is visited. By invalid I mean one that doesn't resolve an IP. For instance if I type "bugzilla" in the "Open Web Location" Dialog screen CPU usage goes to 100% previous it would do a search on Netscape's Search engine but this is an undesirable result. I tried this with other invalid links such as "****","foo","speck", etc. All produced the same result. I didn't notice this on previous builds so I can't comment on when this started but I know its an annoyance if it is not a problem.
