Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to file://c:/ or some other file:// url. 2. Click and hold at the right edge of the url. 3. Drag-highlight to the left edge of the url. Actual Results: Everything is selected except the initial 'f' in 'file'. Expected Results: Everything should be hilighted. I thought this was just a url bar problem, but I've just seen it on bug reporting page textfields (URL, Build ID) as well. Using CTRL-L to select the URL bar contents works fine, as does selecting the whole thing with a double-click.
