Jonas: the comments ref'd in the other bug are the only information I have on what legalities are preventing us from deploying this fix. Maybe cjones can provide more information?

Jonas: also, it's blocking in the sense that without these files included in shipping builds, video recording will not function.
Mozilla can't publicly redistribute proprietary files, sorry. For now dogfooders need their phones manually fixed.
