Details

I have set the cookie options to ask me every time. In Gnome Shell, the dialog pops up at the top of the window and is not movable. It can be made bigger, but not smaller (what use is that?). Furthermore, if there are a lot of cookies, a lot of those dialogs pop up. Unfortunately, they do not pop up in order. Some have to be confirmed first, if you click on another one, it does not react. The problem arises that they overlap, so sometimes it is not possible to accept/reject/whatever a dialog, since it is hidden under other dialogs which do not react and which cannot be moved. The only way out is to use Esc until all dialogs are gone. And even then you have to click them te restore proper focus from time to time. 1. Change your settings to accept cookies manually. 2. Go to http://www.google.nl/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=2&cad=rja&ved=0CDsQFjAB&url=http%3A%2F%2Fforum.viva.nl%2Fforum%2FOverig%2FDe_voor_Nederlanders_meest_onbegrijpelijke_Vlaamse_tekst%2Flist_messages%2F174203%2F4&ei=thG7UK2FL9Kk0AW-oIDgDg&usg=AFQjCNGvM4rShrUHdG-vyR6aExviui4RAA&sig2=Rr9R0O9S026JlA6L0sbA2Q 3. Mayhem!

This occurs in TB as well. Strange that nobody seems to bother, I consider this a very annoying bug.
