I set 'stagefright.force-enabled: true' in about:config and when to http://cd.pn/b1. When I tap the playback icon I get an empty box and no audio. This is with Firefox 20.0a1 (2012-12-03). MP3 files I've tried also fail to produce any audio. I don't have any of the devices with the correct Android versionslisted in this bug unfortunately to try to reproduce. Does your build play H.264 on any of the supported H.264 devices? I've ordered an HTC Nexus One for testing from ServiceNow and will investigate this issue when it arrives.
