What part you don't understand? The specs doc describes how the transition should take place, please tell me what part exactly you need to clarify.

Can you please give me your Gecko version? You can get it with this command (assuming that adb is installed on your computer): adb shell cat system/b2g/platform.ini

Thanks for this information Victoria. We have a few bad bugs to solve for Gecko 19+… :-/ Please let me know if the current behavior is OK for you with Gecko 18 (= our target version). We’ll keep this bug open anyway, that’s just in order to set the priorities for our tight schedule.
