if you write a web adress incorrectly, for example http://theinquirer.netr http://www.news.comn Mozilla stops and locks the system completely.
Sory the first web adress should be http://www.theinquirer.netr
Summary: incorrect web adress causes Mozilla to stop and freeze. → incorrect web adress causes Mozilla to stop and freeze.
Please always include the build ID in bug-reports.
My Linux cvs build from today does not do anything on failing to resolve. Literally - no alert dialog or nothing; that is a known problem, but at least it doesn't freeze.
