What makes it feel slow/broken?

The Marketplace app takes long to start up after device startup or reset.  Timed consistently around 6.5 seconds on Unagi running Dec. 6th nightly.  David Clarke to provide more accurate, recent numbers on Otoro.

Did it prevent you from doing what you wanted? Why?

Accessing and downloading apps/games is a core offering of V1 to our target launch market and 6.5 seconds is too slow.

Android ICS 4.0.4 on Otoro: need to find out
