When the keyboard is open, touching outside the focused input element (i.e. touching another input element or the page background) to scroll the page will close the keyboard.

Neither iOS nor Android close the keyboard when the user touches outside the focused input element to scroll the page.
STR:
1. Open Contacts app
2. Add new contact
3. Tap "Last name" field
4. See the keyboard open
5. Try to scroll the page by touching the page background or the "Company" field

This bug is related to bug 766066, but it is not a dupe. I have a band-aid fix for 766066 that won't fix this bug. :(
