STR: 1) With Wifi turned off, pull down the notification pull-down 2) Turn on Wifi by pressing the wifi icon. What happens? I'm taken to the Wifi settings page. What should happen? I think Wifi should probably just turn on - I imagine that's the point of the shortcut. This would also be consistent with the "turning off" behaviour for Wifi - if I have Wifi on, and I pull down the pull-down and turn off Wifi, it just shuts off without taking me to the Wifi settings page.
