Currently, when you move pages, links to subpages are not getting updated. They should be, to reduce load times for those pages due to redirects.

This is now fairly urgent. We are moving a *lot* of stuff as we do our reorg. There will be thousands of pages (in fact, I expect it will be well over 15,000 pages) moved over the coming weeks.

This bug is about when moving a page and its subpages, in particular. When moving a tree of pages, links among those pages should be getting updated.

I think we redirect from old_page to new_page whenever a move happens, so no pages should break when a page is moved. Redirects are less-than-ideal, though, so it might be good to do this at some point.

We do redirect, yes, but redirects slow the site down, and we're accumulating a *lot* of redirects during our reorg work.
