Hey Naoki, the video is set to private. This sounds like either a dupe of the bouncing address bar or the jiggly scrolling at slow speeds?

it is a bouncing address bar, though, I'm not100 % sure if it's a dup. I think it's fighting for showing the field in the content with the keyboard up?

Well, what I meant to say is that it might be a different case of the bouncing address bar. I fixed the video so it's public. (Or at least I should have) please try looking at it again.
