Steps to reproduce:
1、press the power key, the screen to enter the state of the lock screen.
2、wait about 15 seconds.
3、press the power key, unlock screen and open the camera app.

Actual results:
the interface is black except some buttons.
Expected results:
the app can enter the viewfinder interface nomally which show the background views.
Was the camera app already opened in the background before you did this?
If so, it is bug 818933, otherwise I cannot reproduce.
