The setUp method of each marionette test for identity should be able to clear the browserid state (cookies and localStorage), which belongs to the gaia system app.
Brief update - The ateam is still working on finding a way to get marionette to reset state between runs. There still appears to be no way to clear cookies and localstorage, so tests are currently rebooting the device and deleting the user profile between each run.
