Details |
Seen while running unagi, the latest 20121221 nightly.
STR:
1. Make sure the pref is set to always ask
2. Send a kill command to the Firefox OS
3. Received the report notification
4. Wait a moment until the lockscreen comes up
5. It becomes difficult in some cases to send the report because the lock screen interferes with the notification
See attached screenshot
Bug 823828 is already file for the part about the report button not giving feedback.

The same thing happens if you send a kill command with never ask - the lock screen gets and notification are frozen. You have to hit the power button to get back to a working state otherwise it appears the phone is frozen.

I think this will be fixed by bug 822231 landing. Retest when a new build comes out with that patch.

Jason, do you also think that's what's causing bug 823828?

I haven't seen this since the initial report, so I am closing this out as WFM and removing qawanted.
