Try scrolling the web content Expected: The content should be scrollable. Actual: As you scroll, the content repeatedly bounces but fails to allow the user to scroll the web content.

I thought this was fixed, apparently not. Original bug was a blocker too.

In bug 824699, the content doesn't even bounce at all - I can't scroll at all. It's certainly possible though that the root cause of each bug is exactly the same. Roc - Do you know?

The behaviour is similar to bug 818482 but I don't think it's a dupe.
