Overview: Currently to import messages, mail settings and address book
information it requires 3 different steps which is time consumig and cumbersome.
1. File|Import|Mail (to see the messages that appeared in the previous app)
2. File|Import|Settings (to allow the retrieval/sending of messages)
3. File|Import|Address Book (to see the address book entries)
Expected Results: It would be better for most users to have an option to select
File|Import, choose the third party program (i.e. Eudora) and have it retrieve
all the information in one step.

Maybe Mozilla can use "checkbox" instead of radio button when choosing
what to import

Marking nsbeta1 so that importing mail/settings/ab is easier. Seems silly to go
through 3 processes.

An export feature for Thunderbird would also be helpful. I know you can backup
your profile, but it always gives some trouble because of prefs.js's absolute paths.

Ouu, I forgot to make some description to my previous patch.
My patch competely rewrites import dialog.
Why? because the previous code was so complicated that making things without
rewriting was impossible.
What is the benefit?
The import dialog has one more option: "Import everything from another mail
program".
How it is done:
On first page of import dialog remain choices "mail", "addressbook" and
"settings", with the same functionality as with current import dialog.
But there is also option to choose "everythint". If user choose "everything",
on next page select applicatation to import from. On next page is summary what
will be imported and user can deselect whether import all three stuff or only
some.
Other benefits:
A. import dialog is not a xul "window", but "wizard", so it has standart wizard
look, current import dialog is different from others wizards.
B. it will be easier to implement such changes like bug 124486
C. it has little bit smaller code :)
Disadvantages:
it is big change. but is changes only UI, import modules are not changed.
someone must correct new locales, because my english is very bad :(
Can someone review my code and tell me whether it is acceptable?
