This bug report spun from the 2nd example of attachment 386881 [details] from bug 266122.
When a block-level element has 2 or more inline boxes of different line-height values (which are greater than the line-height set on that block-level element), then an outline border should encompass around the inline boxes which will make it non-rectangular.

IE9, IE10, Opera 12.12 and Opera 12.50 pass this test.
