We have webpay deployed to dev at https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/mozpay/ and things are sort of working. Lets deploy stage/prod versions!

Would you be able to create something like sites/{dev,stage,prod}/settings.py that includes private settings where needed?
Jason do you have all the info you need on this? It sounds like you will know the right site/settings skeleton for flexibility.
https://github.com/mozilla/webpay/pull/25 for settings. I would also like to use dj-database-url for this project if possible.
