Since a couple of days, I've noticed this strange behavior: tap events gets through homescreen instead of the application. I have been able to reproduce it in multiple applications, and a lot with Gallery app, but also with some on the Marketplace. Of course, I'm experiencing this with Nexus S, being my only device. Steps to reproduce: 1. Fire application 2. Tap somewhere where on homescreen there is an icon. This is especially the case of the "Select" button in Gallery application, which is not far from the Browser application on my system, but any icon should be okay. 3. The Application, Browser in my case, gets launched What whould have happened: the "select" feature should have been started, not the browser application. I'm attaching a screencast exposing the issue on my today's build. It exposes the issue on the Gallery select feature case described. Colors are wrong, don't worry. Gecko @ d2215d3 Gaia @ 640173d
