In the FTE Date & Time Screen: If no timezone is selected, the selector shows Africa/Abidjan instead of undefined/undefined.
Josh, is that OK to show “undefined” for the region and country or do you have a better string to propose? While I’m at it, I propose to rename “Atlantic”, “Indian”, “Pacific” etc. to “Atlantic Ocean”, “Indian Ocean”, “Pacific Ocean”.

I propose the string "Please select". But is there not a UI-wide default string to use for unselected single-selects where a selection is required? Gerv
