Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:18.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/18.0 Build ID: 20121231071231 Steps to reproduce: 1) Use a computer with multiple displays, have Firefox windows open on both monitors. 2) Enable HTML5 option in youtube: https://www.youtube.com/html5 3) Begin watching any video and click on the full screen icon. Firefox will go into fullscreen mode and announce it. 4) Click on a firefox web page on the other monitor. Actual results: Video on the other monitor will exit full screen mode and go back to the small window within the webpage. Expected results: The video should have continued playing as a full screen app.

This seems related to Bug 527298 but that was with a much older version of Firefox and specifically related to using Flash in fullscreen mode. Also I can't reproduce that particular bug when youtubes html5 option is off and it is using the flash video player. In that case Firefox will let me play a full screen video while using the other one for work.
Confirmed problem in html5 mode with both click/alt+tab exiting from fullscreen, no problem if flash enabled Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:20.0) Gecko/20130107 Firefox/20.0
