Details

I've noticed that there is a lack of consistency throughout the UI concerning the term used to designate the options. "Options" is used in the menu, "Settings" is used on about:home and "preferences" is usually used on bugzilla. Since "options" is the more clear and shortest string. It should be used in the whole UI.
Keywords: uiwanted
"Options" is Windows terminology, "Preferences" is used on Linux and Mac.

... and then I realized after duping that bug 761566 is actually older.
