Details
Some apps depend on deviceorientation events to change its layout. It'd be handy to fake those in the Responsive Design View.

Marking as a feature request. This would be a very useful simulation feature.
So sorry for looking at this bug 6 years later only, but we've started triaging old RDM bugs again.
