'make xpcshell-tests-remote' / remotexpcshelltests.py stores xpcshell, libraries, and the fennec apk at /data/local/xpcb. I'm less concerned about this these days and haven't had any problems. Devices seem to have plenty of storage for xpcshell binaries.
