After setting the phone UI to a particular language (English or Portugues),the default keyboard layout should be in the same language but, it is not displaying in that particular language. Repro: Build Id:20130104070203 1) Go to Settings 2) Go to Personalization 3) Select "Language" 4) Select Portugues (or any other) language from the language drop down Actual result: The default keyboard layout is not changing. Expected Result: According to the test case #3908,the Keyboard should be displayed with the default layout of the new language. Notes: The test case #3908, asked to change the "Region" but, According to the bug: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=809246 "Region" was removed. So, testing was done on changing the "Language".
