This can be part of the Fx Family product work. step 1: determine if these pages will a. live in their current state b. rebuilt as part of the Fx Family experience c. deleted. step 2: L10N as appropriate based on decisions above.

Those pages are gone as part of Bug 975156 and the new pages are localizable.
