Details

The user needs the option to pause, resume and cancel in-flight downloads from the downloads list.

This capability exists already but needs look and feel and interaction design/implementation
Note that this is not currently covered in the downloads-related user stories. Is that an omission or do we specifically *not* want pause/cancel/resume UI in the metro version?
