PayAndID-112 - As a user I should receive a confirmation that a refund has been authorized or denied by Mozilla and requested of the payment provider so that I can be kept abreadst of the status of my refund request.
PayAndID-113 - As a user the email that I receive confirming that a refund has been authorized should advise me that the application has been disabled and that I should remove it so that I understand that I should not be able to use the application any more.
These are relatively similar stories.
Denial case should come from SUMO.
