We should use telemetry to gather data about what types of Windows 8 hardware people are using to run Firefox (both the desktop and Metro UI), and how they are using it.  For example, we would like to know whether the hardware supports the following types of input, and when/how the user actually uses each type of input:

* Hardware keyboard
* On-screen keyboard
* Mouse, trackpad
* Single touch
* Multi-touch
* Edge gestures
* Pen

In addition - maybe in a separate bug - we should add Telemetry probes to collect any data we want about how users interact with the Metro UI (e.g. opening/closing tabs, using charms, using the appbar).

Some user data to collect: 
1. How many tabs do users open regularly?
2. What's the percentage of users who have tabs always on top?
3. How many secondary tiles do users have? 
4. How often do users swipe to access app bar? What are the most often used functions?
5. What's the percentage of users who use Search charm? 
6. What's the percentage of users who set sync on Metro, users who migrated data from other browsers? How many bookmarks, remote tabs do they sync or migrate? 
7. What applications do users select from Share charm?
