Yep, we're not covering the localization of maps. No idea if we track the things we'd like to see in the code drop in the gaia repo.

Localization of the about screen is not needed at this point in time. This is not a blocker.

This issue has been fixed in HERE Maps v1.8.58 which is already in Marketplace. Could you retest and close this bug? Thx!

If you can't uninstall the app then the only way to test that is to change the locale in the app itself. Just open map settings panel (tap the button in the right-down corner of the map) and change the language to Spanish. If HERE Maps is already installed and executed, changing the language in OS system settings does not affect the app (locale stay the same).
