From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; WinNT4.0; en-US; rv:0.9+) Gecko/20010524 BuildID: 2001052404 If Mozilla has been started with -turbo, and my homepage is a frameset, then starting Mozilla up displays only one frame of the frameset. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start Mozilla with -turbo 2. Start Mozilla normally Actual Results: All frames should be visible on screen. Expected Results: Only one frame is visible on the screen. If I then press CTRL-N for a new Navigator window, I see the whole frameset.
