STR: 1. Open https://www.dcu.org/ssdirectdep.pdf using Firefox's built-in PDF viewer (pdf.js) I'm attaching the PDF to this bug report, in case it changes on the server. ACTUAL RESULTS: Most of the text has adjacent characters overlapping. Screenshot coming up. If I view it in Evince (Linux PDF viewer), the characters don't overlap.
