[B2G][Music] Music Player -The volume level is not adjustable when the music in the “PAUSE” state.

Details
The user can adjust the volume only when the music is playing, the sound is not controllable if the music in the "pause" state, even if adjusting the volume level bar.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Update the “Unagi” with build ID:20130116070104
2. Turn device ON
3. Unlock if it’s locked by pressing “lock” icon
4. Slide right to see icons
5. Tap on Music icon
6. Choose any song
7. While the music is playing, tap on “Pause” button “II”
8. Push on Volume buttons on a left side
9. Turn volume down, “Mute” the sound
10. Tap on “Playback” button
Actual result:
The music still can be heard.
Expected result:
The sound is mute and cannot be heard

On “Unagi” 5/5 on 2 devices.
