I think this is a dupe of Bug 22642

I would mark my bug as dupe if that's a dupe. However, AFAIK, bug 22642 deals with deleting "Imported IE Favorites" bookmark folder, while I am targetting on the issue of _moving_ it around, no intention to delete it whatoever...
