Build: B2G 18 1/25/2013 Device: Unagi Issue: The metadata for the maps packaged app is missing an etag. So as a result, everyone will always get prompted for an update for the maps app to update to the maps app that exactly matches on marketplace. We need to add the etag to the metadata.
This is part of the preinstall work. Simple one-line fix. We should try to uplift to v1.0.0.
