Not a major problem, but it might cause problems with some browsers.
Some parts of bugzilla create non-standards compliant HTML (e.g. it's
valign="middle", not valign="center"). (Try running the query page through
validator.w3.org).
I've attached a patch that fixes some relatively trivial standard violations
(the most important part adds a missing </td> tag after the bug severity).
