When a CRL is listed in the "Manage CRLs" window, the name that is used is the
OU element from from the issuer name.  When this CA is referenced in other
places (such as the certificate manager) the O (organization) and CN (common
name) fields are used.

The same name should be used in both places.

Currently, CRL manager displays two fields:
 O, OU

When viewing the certs in cert manager, looking at the hierarchical widget
listing all certs:

 O

If I understand correctly, the information shown in CRL manager should be:
 O, CN

This bug requests to remove OU from the crl manager, and show CN instead.
