When update has finished uncompressing and "install update" screen pops up, notification screen still shows "Uncompressing..."

I was on the 20130121 build, and went about updating it. After the update download finished, I saw the Install Update overlay with the option to install or not, but I also inadvertently dragged down the notifications window from the top to down, and there was still the "Uncompressing..." notifications entry present.
The "Uncompressing..." notification seems incorrect.
It should (1) either disappear because uncompressing has completed, or (2) change to "Ready to install" or something equivalent.

Happens again on the 2013-01-23 14:06:47 build. Note the "Install update" screen at the back - when this shows, pull down the notifications screen and see:
"Uncompressing..." still being present.
