This uses the windows media player plugin? What does the page look like with click-to-play off? Can you use the plugin icon in the location bar to enable the plugin?

WMP's behavior got worse - bug 692446. I can't make FF 18.0.1 recognize WMP even after I remove it from the system and then re-install it. The plugin element has height=60, so i guess it's just too small to hold the overlay and thus we don't show it.

The element is too small to fit the in-content UI here and the doorhanger activation should work fine. If there are still issues with this please re-open or comment.
