I don't think this is a dup of 53354. That's about reducing the lifetime of the cookie, this is about remembering the decision (which may be to accept, to reject, or to accept with a reduced lifetime) for the session so the dialog doesn't keep popping up every time the server tries to set that cookie.

My default setting is "Ask me" so whenever an unknown server tries to set a cookie, a dialog pops up, with three buttons and a checkbox. Quoting from memory, the buttons are "Accept", "Accept for session" and "Reject", and the checkbox is (what amounts to) [ ] Apply this decision to all cookies from the same site. The above corresponds to my reading of the "Expected results" from comment #0 If you want to REOPEN, please specify on which _current_ build you cannot restrict sites to setting only session cookies.
