When I place the pointer to the right side of the last item on the Personal Toolbar, a vertical bar will appear, showing me where my new link will fall into. However, it's not true. You will end up with having the new link on the _left_ of the existing last item. Workaround: D&d your new link even further to the right side of the existing last item so that the vertical black bar disappear. Refer to the screenshot for more details.
