Switching to the other application and back resolves the situation. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Select QA/Known bugs from menu 2.Click the URL Bar 3.Try to move cursor with keys Actual Results: Cursor doesn't move, but you can type chars Expected Results: Move cursor with keys. I think this problem is related with the "wheelMouse doesn't work" bug. I have found out that sometimes the mouse wheel does't work and after a while it'll work perfectly.

Could be a dupe of bug 82534.

In this version of the bug we have a caret and we are able to type to the box, but moving the caret or selecting text with keys are impossible (you can move the caret by clicking the mouse button). I noticed also that sometimes URL Bar content doesn't change (the text changes, but when pressing enter the browser reopens the same page we are currently looking).

confirmed on Win2K, Moz 2001053120 Today's Moz crashes on that page.

This bug and bug 83940 ("specific regression in 'spacebar scrolls page, but focus in text element'") both happened to me in the textbox on http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ in 06/01, but neither happens in 06/05. I think hyatt fixed both bugs in bug 83642 ("Manage bookmark commands broken"). *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 83642 ***

These bugs all seem related: bug 84027, bug 83109, bug 83919, and bug 83626. (Btw, I'm seeing this bug again in 06/05, the same build I thought it was fixed in earlier.)

Since this wasn't fixed by bug 83642, reopening to mark as a dup of bug 83919.
