A clobber panda build fails with:
make: *** No rule to make target `out/target/product/panda/obj/lib/libexif.so', needed by `out/target/product/panda/obj/SHARED_LIBRARIES/camera.omap4_intermediates/LINKED/camera.omap4.so'. Stop.
