We need to measure the time to display the various informations in the first panel at startup. For that we'll need to send one event to |window| that the performance test will be able to receive. The app will send an event when all informations are displayed.
The event name can be "x-moz-perf-settings-informations-displayed".

I think it is, but you're the best to define adequate measurements for Settings :)
In Settings I see there is a delay between showing the interface and having the interface ready. Maybe this should be visually-loaded or fully-loaded ? Maybe you do this already :)
So in the end, you're the one that can decide whether this is still necessary ;) Feel free to ping me if you want to discuss this furthermore !
